These sessions are designed to complement active wellness goals while reinforcing the importance of education, routine building, lifestyle awareness, hydration, movement, and long-term success strategies throughout your transformation journey. Service Includes: • 45-minute mobile wellness support session • Atlanta, GA area only • Wellness-focused contouring support • Lifestyle and accountability guidance • Transformation encouragement and support • Education-centered wellness approach Program Requirements: Clients must currently be enrolled in an active 5–12 week (or longer) wellness or transformation coaching program. Our goal is not simply quick weight loss. We specialize in providing education, wellness support, accountability, and guidance designed to help clients create healthier long-term lifestyle habits and feel supported throughout their transformation journey.
